For running, triathlon and cycling coaches
Running technique, guided sessions and running groups, booked up front.
You train outdoors, on the track or in the woods, one-on-one or with a group. With Gymies your runners book a fixed slot and pay up front.

Sound familiar?
A different place every week
Today the park, tomorrow the track. Runners keep having to ask where and when.
A running group with changing turnout
You want a fixed group, but one time ten people show up, the next time two. You don’t know in advance.
Separate sessions for technique
A running technique analysis or a guided interval session is a separate appointment. You arrange it by message now.
Bad weather
When it rains runners drop out, often at short notice.
How Gymies handles it
You open up the times
You set in your calendar when you teach. Clients only choose from those times, so no more back-and-forth messaging.
You choose where you teach
In a private studio, a gym, outdoors, at the client’s home or online. Clients see the location before they book.
You set in your profile that you train outdoors; each session shows where you meet.
Group classes with a minimum
You choose a price per person and the minimum and maximum number of participants. Participants only pay once the minimum is reached; if the class doesn’t go ahead, nobody has paid.
For a running group or a technique clinic: the group goes ahead once the minimum is reached.
How a group class works →Paid when booked
A session is only confirmed once it’s paid (iDEAL, card or class pack). No more chasing anyone for money.
Fixed cancellation rules
The same rules apply to every trainer, and the client sees them before booking.
If a runner cancels within the cut-off, bad weather included, you get paid for the session.
Class packs
Sell a pack of, say, 10 sessions. The client pays up front and then books each session with the pack.
Recurring sessions
Does a client come at the same time every week? Set it up once as a recurring session.
Invoices and payouts sorted
Gymies creates the invoices for your clients on your behalf and pays you out every month on the first working day.
The cancellation rules your client sees up front
- Within 15 minutes of booking: You cancel for free and get everything back.
- Up to 24 hours before the session: You get the session amount back, or the session back on your class pack.
- Within 24 hours of the session: You get nothing back.
- If the trainer cancels: You always get everything back.
What Gymies doesn’t do
- Gymies isn’t a training plan app and doesn’t connect to watches or Strava. It handles booking and paying for your sessions.
- Gymies doesn’t organise races or sell race entries.
Worked example
You give 10 guided sessions a week at €50. Over 4 weeks, excl. VAT:
| 40 sessions × €50 | €2,000 |
| Commission on your rate | €0 |
| Pro plan | − €64.99 |
| Service fees 40 × €0.49 | − €19.60 |
| What you keep | €1,915.41 |
An example with your own numbers and rate; you set your price. Costs for the court, pool or studio and your own taxes aren’t included. You can also pass the service fees on to your clients. Prices of the Pro plan and the service fees come straight from Gymies.
