For kickboxing, boxing and martial arts trainers
Pads, private training and small groups: booked and paid up front.
Besides regular classes in a gym, many martial arts trainers give private training on pads or in a small group. With Gymies your clients book those slots themselves and pay up front.

Sound familiar?
Private training next to your regular classes
You teach classes in a gym and private training on the side. You plan those private hours in your own time, through loose messages.
A trial session without follow-up
Someone wants to “have a look”. You make time, and then you never hear from them again.
Small group, changing turnout
A group of six for technique or conditioning. One week eight turn up, the next week two.
Collecting money after training
Cash or a payment request afterwards. After a hard session nobody feels like talking about payment.
How Gymies handles it
You open up the times
You set in your calendar when you teach. Clients only choose from those times, so no more back-and-forth messaging.
Paid when booked
A session is only confirmed once it’s paid (iDEAL, card or class pack). No more chasing anyone for money.
Even a first intro session is only confirmed once it’s paid.
Fixed cancellation rules
The same rules apply to every trainer, and the client sees them before booking.
Class packs
Sell a pack of, say, 10 sessions. The client pays up front and then books each session with the pack.
Group classes with a minimum
You choose a price per person and the minimum and maximum number of participants. Participants only pay once the minimum is reached; if the class doesn’t go ahead, nobody has paid.
You choose the maximum that fits your space and the minimum at which the session pays off for you.
How a group class works →You choose where you teach
In a private studio, a gym, outdoors, at the client’s home or online. Clients see the location before they book.
For example in your own studio, in a gym where you’re allowed to train, or outdoors on pads.
Recurring sessions
Does a client come at the same time every week? Set it up once as a recurring session.
Invoices and payouts sorted
Gymies creates the invoices for your clients on your behalf and pays you out every month on the first working day.
The cancellation rules your client sees up front
- Within 15 minutes of booking: You cancel for free and get everything back.
- Up to 24 hours before the session: You get the session amount back, or the session back on your class pack.
- Within 24 hours of the session: You get nothing back.
- If the trainer cancels: You always get everything back.
What Gymies doesn’t do
- Gymies doesn’t arrange a hall or equipment. You train where you teach.
- Gymies isn’t a federation or competition organiser: licences, gradings and fights are outside Gymies.
Worked example
You give 10 private kickboxing sessions a week at €55. Over 4 weeks, excl. VAT:
| 40 sessions × €55 | €2,200 |
| Commission on your rate | €0 |
| Pro plan | − €64.99 |
| Service fees 40 × €0.49 | − €19.60 |
| What you keep | €2,115.41 |
An example with your own numbers and rate; you set your price. Costs for the court, pool or studio and your own taxes aren’t included. You can also pass the service fees on to your clients. Prices of the Pro plan and the service fees come straight from Gymies.
