Sound familiar?
Showing that you’re qualified
Anyone can put “pregnancy training” on a website. You’re trained for it, but nobody can see that.
A safe, calm environment
Many clients want to train with a female trainer, in a women-only space.
A programme, not a single session
Recovery after giving birth or training during menopause takes weeks. You want to set it up as a series.
Appointments that shift
With a baby or symptoms, things sometimes move. You want clear, fixed rules.
How Gymies handles it
Diploma checked
For pregnancy and postpartum, pelvic floor and menopause you can have your diploma checked. Your profile then gets the label “Diploma checked”.
A Gymies staff member reviews your diploma. Only after approval does the label appear on your profile and can clients filter on that specialty.
Women only, if you want
Are you a female trainer who only trains women? Turn it on in your profile. Gymies then only lets women book with you.
Class packs
Sell a pack of, say, 10 sessions. The client pays up front and then books each session with the pack.
You choose where you teach
In a private studio, a gym, outdoors, at the client’s home or online. Clients see the location before they book.
Also a women-only space, at the client’s home or online.
Paid when booked
A session is only confirmed once it’s paid (iDEAL, card or class pack). No more chasing anyone for money.
Fixed cancellation rules
The same rules apply to every trainer, and the client sees them before booking.
Client file and goals
Keep goals and notes per client, and see who hasn’t booked for a while (in Pro and Pro+).
Invoices and payouts sorted
Gymies creates the invoices for your clients on your behalf and pays you out every month on the first working day.
The cancellation rules your client sees up front
- Within 15 minutes of booking: You cancel for free and get everything back.
- Up to 24 hours before the session: You get the session amount back, or the session back on your class pack.
- Within 24 hours of the session: You get nothing back.
- If the trainer cancels: You always get everything back.
What Gymies doesn’t do
- Gymies isn’t a healthcare platform: there are no referrals and you don’t claim anything from health insurers via Gymies.
- Gymies only checks diplomas for pregnancy and postpartum, pelvic floor and menopause. Other qualifications you list on your profile yourself.
Worked example
You give 10 personal training sessions a week at €60. Over 4 weeks, excl. VAT:
| 40 sessions × €60 | €2,400 |

| Pro plan | − €64.99 |
| Service fees 40 × €0.49 | − €19.60 |
| What you keep | €2,315.41 |
An example with your own numbers and rate; you set your price. Costs for the court, pool or studio and your own taxes aren’t included. You can also pass the service fees on to your clients. Prices of the Pro plan and the service fees come straight from Gymies.
