Gymies launches in Amsterdam with a small group of selected trainers. Founder Trainers get 3 months of Gymies Pro for free from the launch on 4 January 2027. There are 10 spots; Gymies selects based on a fixed score.

Keeping the badge
- During the free period you keep at least 6 hours a week open. Otherwise your badge lapses; the free period continues.
- After that Gymies checks every quarter: at least 90% of first messages answered within 24 hours, fewer than 2% of sessions cancelled by you (1 cancellation per quarter is always allowed), and from 5 reviews an average of 4.5 or higher. If you miss this in a quarter, your badge is off until a quarter in which you meet it.

What do I get as a Founder Trainer?
3 months of Gymies Pro for free from the launch in Amsterdam, a Founder badge on your profile as long as you meet the requirements, and a spot on the "Founder Trainers of Amsterdam" page. After that you choose your own plan.
Who can apply?
Approved trainers in Amsterdam with a complete profile, at least 6 hours of available times per week and the €0.01 authorisation. You can apply from 27 October 2026 to 22 November 2026.
How does Gymies select?
With the Founder score of 100 points (see the criteria). Gymies selects up to 10 trainers in Amsterdam.
When will I hear whether I have been selected?
On 7 December 2026. You get a message in the app and by email.
What does it cost?
Nothing until the launch, then nothing for 3 months. You only give a €0.01 authorisation via iDEAL; no credit card needed. After the free period you pay the plan you choose, cancel monthly.
And if I am not selected?
Then you start at the launch with 14 days for free on every plan. Clients with your trainer code can already book you before the launch.
How do I keep my Founder badge?
