A group class has a fixed date and time, a price per person and a maximum group size. Signing up is free: you only pay once the class goes ahead.

Trainers add group classes themselves. Until then you can book a session with a trainer near you, or ask your trainer whether they give group classes.
How a group class works
Choose a class
You see the date, time, place, price per person and how many spots are left before you sign up.
Sign up for free
Signing up costs nothing. Every class has a minimum number of participants.
Pay once it goes ahead
When the minimum is reached, the class goes ahead and you get a payment request. You have 24 hours to pay, and at the latest 2 hours before the start.
Train together
You train in a small group with your trainer. Not going ahead? Then you pay nothing.
Cancelling, waitlist and price
- Not paid yet? Cancelling is free.
- Paid? Cancel within 15 minutes and you get everything back. Up to 24 hours before the start you get the class price back. After that there is no refund.
- If the trainer cancels, everyone who paid gets the full amount back.
- Class full? Join the waitlist. When a spot opens up you are signed up automatically; if the class is already going ahead you have 30 minutes to pay.
- The price per person you see is all-in.

With Pro or Pro+ you plan group classes yourself: price per person, minimum and maximum group size and a waitlist. Participants only pay once the class goes ahead, so you never have to refund a class that does not happen.
