Gymies uses one platform cancellation policy. You can cancel within 15 minutes after booking at no cost. More than 48 hours before the session you receive a full refund. Between 24 and 48 hours before the session you also receive a full refund. Less than 24 hours before the session is non-refundable. If the trainer cancels, you receive a full refund.

You pay securely through the Gymies app when booking or after trainer confirmation, depending on the booking flow. The app always shows the price before you pay, and you receive a confirmation and invoice after payment.

Trainers can upload their certifications and diplomas to their profile so you can see their qualifications. Always check the profile and reviews before booking.

We launch city by city to guarantee quality. Every trainer is screened on business registration, qualifications, and profile. Once there are enough verified trainers in your city, the region opens. Sign up to book first.

Sign up via the app or the city page. You'll receive a push notification when your city goes live. You can also check the cities page for the latest status.

Yes! If a trainer gives you a personal invite code, you can book directly — even if your city isn't officially open yet. Ask your favorite trainer!

Trainers pay a fixed monthly subscription starting at €27.99/month and keep 100% of your session earnings. No commissions.

Yes, you set your own hourly rate. You can adjust it in your trainer settings when allowed by the platform. The client always sees the price before booking.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), debit cards, and iDEAL. You can change your payment method anytime in your account settings.

You pay after your trainer confirms. This happens automatically through your chosen payment method. You receive payment confirmation and an invoice immediately.

Refunds follow the Gymies platform cancellation policy. Eligible refunds usually take 5 to 10 business days, depending on the payment method and your bank.

Yes. We use PCI DSS-certified payment processing. Your payment details are never stored on our servers. All transactions are encrypted and secure.

Yes. Go to your account settings and select "Delete Account". Your account and all data will be permanently deleted. This cannot be undone.

In your profile settings you can change your name, profile photo, bio, and preferences. For trainers: you can manage your specialties, rates, and availability here.

After each session you can rate the trainer 1-5 stars and leave a comment. Trainers can also rate you. Reviews are anonymous and transparent.
