For every trainer who joins through your link and pays their plan, you get a reward. Fair: only once the trainer really pays.
Two ways to take part
You are a trainer on Gymies
1 month free on your own plan for every trainer who counts
- No need to apply: your colleague code is ready in the app (Grow together › Invite a colleague) and at gymies.nl/mijn (Ambassador)
- Up to 12 months of credit at a time; credit does not expire
- No money and no invoice: the month comes off your next plan invoice
- The new trainer gets the normal trial: 14 days free on any plan
You are a creator, club or gym
20% of every full plan month, for 12 months
- Request your payout yourself, from your account
- Only with a Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number: Gymies issues the invoice on your behalf. VAT-registered? VAT comes on top
- The trainer who joins through your link gets Pro 30 days free
When does a trainer count?
- 1.They joined through your link or code
- 2.They have at least Pro (Pro or Pro+; Starter does not count)
- 3.They pay a full month (100%, no discount)
- 4.Founding trainers count from their first month at 100% (after their free Founder period)
If a payment is refunded or reversed, the reward for that month lapses.

Creator, club or gym? Tell us who you are and how you reach trainers. Gymies reviews every application personally. Trainers on Gymies skip this step.
Share your link or code
Partners get their own link and code after approval. Trainers share their colleague code from the app or gymies.nl/mijn.
Reward once they pay
As soon as a trainer who counts pays their plan, your reward is added.

Lisa is on Pro (€64.99 a month). In March she brings 3 trainers who pay their first full month in April. Her plan invoices for May, June and July are €0.

Rules in plain words
- Mention the partnership in your posts, for example "#ad" or "in partnership with Gymies".
- No sign-ups of your own, no fake accounts.
- Clients do not get a reward, and there is no session discount through an ambassador code.

When do I get my reward?
Only once the trainer you brought pays a full month of at least Pro. Not at sign-up and not per booking.
Do founding trainers count?
Yes, from their first month in which they pay 100% of their plan (after their free Founder period).
I am a trainer on Gymies. Do I get money?
No. You get 1 month free on your own plan per trainer who counts, up to 12 months of credit at a time.
Can creators take part?
Yes. Creators, clubs and gyms join as a partner and receive 20% of every full plan month of the trainers they bring, for 12 months.
Do clients get a discount through my code?
No. The programme is about trainers. Clients book through their trainer.
